The Paradise Park Assisted Living Facilities
are privately owned. The facilities are professionally
managed by Grove Management of Illinois, LLC who
bring over 10 years of experience to the assisted living
arena. Together we are determined to provide something
special for the very deserving senior population we serve.
We had been introduced to the larger assisted living communities
with 25 to 140 or more residents being housed under
one roof, but we wanted a more intimate environment.
We chose to build a campus of 16-resident homes for our
assisted living community. Serving just 16 residents, who
could live in a small, home-like environment in a residential
setting, was just the answer we were looking for. You will
be proud to be a part of an assisted living community
we designed especially for you.

Choosing assisted living in Chicago can be confusing, stressful and time-consuming. We provide you with information to streamline the process. We've personally toured and evaluated over 150 independent, assisted living, and nursing homes.

We assess each home according to quality, cost, methods of payment, level of care offered including rehabilitation, location, features and amenities, housekeeping, and staffing. We share information regarding floor plans, meal plans, activity schedules, transporation, levels of assistance, and a detailed cost breakdown of services. In the case of nursing homes, we share basic information as to whether the home is Medicare Certified. We also note if the home accepts public assistance. We provide a checklist that answers vital questions as to the residents' apprearance, nursing home living space, staffing levels, residents' rooms, meal, activities, safety, and Alzheimer's units.
